Custom-designed and AI-generated apparel is produced in 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Ready-made items from the catalogue ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next working day.

• Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote and rural pin codes: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

We dispatch via Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post depending on pin code serviceability. The carrier chosen for your order will be shown on the tracking page once your order is picked up.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can also follow the order from your profile under Order History.

Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. Expedited delivery, when available, is priced transparently at checkout before payment.

If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, please reach out within 48 hours at support@hamuzair.in so we can open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
